Billing Authorization
I authorize New Jersey Rock Gym to charge my credit card or ACH account for any purchases, memberships, classes, or services with the payment method on my account.
• I agree to pay all charges, including applicable fees and taxes.
• Billing will continue until I cancel on my member portal, and must be done at least 7 days prior to the next month.
• I am responsible for payment whether or not my child attends scheduled classes.
• Accounts more than 7 days past due may be charged automatically, including a late fee of $10.
All payments are non-refundable once processed.
Disputing charges without contacting NJRG may result in additional fees, collections, and / or termination of services.
General Facility Rules (“Safety First”)
To ensure a safe and positive environment:
• No food or drinks in activity areas or on carpets
• Only participants and staff are allowed in the climbing areas during sessions
• No running, rough play, or misuse of equipment
• Students must follow the instructor's directions at all times
• Parents/spectators should not coach from the sidelines
• No photos/videos of others without permission
• Participants may not leave without a parent/guardian
Tuition:
• Tuition is due in full at the time of booking.
• TWO MONTH CONTRACT BEGINS AT DATE OF FIRST CLASS, NO CANCELLATIONS UNTIL CONTRACT IS UP.
• Class spots are reserved only with active payment.
• Enrollment is considered ongoing unless canceled on the portal 7 days prior to the start of the next month.
• No refunds, credits, or deductions will be given once a session has begun or for missed classes.
• Accounts past due may be subject to late fees and/or suspension from classes until brought current.
Please consider scheduling conflicts and commitments when enrolling, as reserved spots limit availability for other students.

Class Make-Up Policy
• Scheduled Holidays (other than Christmas Week) must be made up during the session in which they occur. Only one make-up class allowed per month.
Religious holidays can be made up; with a maximum 1 per month.
• Make-up classes need to be reserved in advance and will only be reserved for classes where there is available space. A maximum of 1 make-up student will be allowed to make-up in any one class.
