NJ Rock Gym - Waiver
All participants, including spectators, are required to review our gym rules and sign a Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk to help mitigate the inherent risks of rock climbing.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MINORS:
- Adults, sign yourself up.
- Afterwards, sign in and sign up your child(ren).
IMPORTANT!
Waivers for minors must be signed by a PARENT (or COURT APPOINTED legal guardian)
Note: Coaches, grandparents, brothers or sisters, group leaders, or other non-legal guardians cannot sign on behalf of the minor unless there is a legal declaration of guardianship.
